Ana has studied consciousness / personal development for most of her adult years, as well as natural and holistic living since 2007.

She is a certified NES Health practitioner and is also certified in nutritional counseling, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and esoteric healing (an energy healing modality). She has also provided nutritional balancing services (based on hair mineral analysis) since 2012. She also incorporates the basics of Human Design into her NES Health assessments, making for a rich coaching experience.

Today she offers both hair mineral analysis and bioenergetic consultations, both available as standalone services, though she encourages clients to use both, as they complement one another and make for a more holistic journey. Based on her consultations, she offers both Infoceuticals and nutritional supplements. She discounts supplements by 20% to her clients.
